Foxboro was founded in 1990 by Jim & Carla Hackstedt in a 900 square foot 2 car garage in Cedar Hills, Missouri with 2 used molding machines. To accommodate the growth of the company, Foxboro was relocated in 1992 to Gerald, Missouri where business continues to operate. Foxboro currently occupies a 28,000 square foot climate controlled sophisticated manufacturing facility with 8 Toyo molding machines and 2 Hybrid FSC machines. Our facilities are equipped with 24/7 monitoring & offsite dispatching services. Foxboro also has 26,000 square foot additional storage space at an adjacent warehouse on the property.
Foxboro has built itself as a one stop shop in injection molding and provides many services to our customers. We have the capability to assist in part development, tool design and construction, prototype and production molding, secondary part assembly and specialized packaging.
Foxboro services many industries including HVAC, medical, agricultural, janitorial, food service, school furniture, promotional items & vehicle lighting used for visual warnings by emergency & authorized vehicles.
Foxboro has the capability of molding a wide variety of resins from the most basic commodities to the more complex and exotic resins. If we don’t currently mold the resin your project requires; we view that as a potential challenge and an opportunity to increase our level of expertise within the industry.
