Foxboro is a second-generation family-owned plastic injection molding company. Having 20+ years of experience, Brad succeeded the business from his parents, Jim & Carla Hackstedt in January 2022.
Having been in and around the business from a young age, Brad joined his father part time in 2003 upon graduating from high school working as an operator and eventually as a second shift supervisor. Brad attended Maryville University in St Louis earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Upon completing his degree, Brad returned to Foxboro in January 2006 full time, learning additional skills in material handling & processing of machines. As Brad’s skill sets in plastic injection molding continued to grow, he became the VP of Operations overseeing the daily operations closely monitoring quality & paying attention to detail.

Upon Jim & Carla’s retirement & succession of the business, Brad’s wife, Amanda, joined the business and oversees the office operations. Amanda attended Maryville University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting. Amanda worked at Foxboro as an operator & quality control in high school. She worked in accounts payable at Foxboro for three years after graduating college before leaving to further her career in public accounting. Upon Brad succeeding his parents, she returned to the family business operation to assume the office duties as Vice President.

When beginning their operations, Jim & Carla focused on 2 primary areas of business: customer service and quality. Today, these same principles instilled in Foxboro continue to guide us. You will still find Brad on the plant floor continuing & instilling the same principles of quality and customer service just as his parents did for over 35 years.
