Foxboro can assist with part design, with over 30+ years' experience in injection molding. Foxboro works with our customer's engineers to help design friendly components that minimize tooling costs and maximize part quality & appearance.
Foxboro has many options available when it comes to tooling. We have established a network of tool shops that allow us to outsource tools domestically or abroad. For minor repairs & maintenance, Foxboro utilizes our in-house machine shop.
Foxboro’s in-house machine shop regularly schedules customers’ tools for inspection & routine maintenance, so that all tools are kept at their peak operating performance. We work closely with our customers to develop mold specific maintenance programs to ensure the highest quality parts and the longest achievable tool life.
Foxboro provides a full range of secondary operations including such functions as over molding, hot stamping, labeling, subassembly of parts, insert molding, sonic welding, riveting, gluing, stapling and retail packaging.
Foxboro has the capacity to mold a wide variety of resins from the most basic commodities to the more complex and exotic resins. If we don’t currently mold the resin your project requires; we view that as a potential challenge and an opportunity to increase our level of expertise within the industry. Foxboro is proficient in processing several material types such as Plyethylene, Polypropylene, Polystyrene, ABS, Nylon, PBT, TPE, PSU as well as Flame Retardant or Glass Reinforced resins.
Foxboro is located in Gerald, Missouri, approximately 65-70 miles southwest of St Louis and approximately 55-60 miles southeast of Jefferson City. Foxboro is conveniently located 25 miles south of Interstate 44; one of the major shipping lanes, east-west across the United States.
